  • In order to respect our instructors time and that of our fellow students, Longevity Pilates strictly enforces our cancellation policies.  Please familiarize yourself with the policies listed below.

  • The best/easiest way to change or cancel your reservation go into your Momence account via online or the app.  Log into Momence, click on SCHEDULE and click on the name of the class you need to cancel, click CANCEL.

  • Only call the studio if you are unable to cancel your reservation online:  651-300-9728

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that Longevity Pilates has your current email and mobile contact information to receive waitlist notifications.

Pilates Reformer Classes

Longevity Pilates operates entirely on an appointment basis, so it's crucial that clients respect our reservation system and cancellation policy. To ensure fairness and accommodate as many clients as possible, we ask that you cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Each appointment represents a commitment of our resources and instructors' time, as well as an opportunity for another client to utilize our services. Adhering to our cancellation policy ensures fair access to our classes and sessions for all clients. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our services at Longevity Pilates. Pilates Reformer Classes & Private Sessions Class and session reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid forfeiture of the class. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of the class. Unlimited Members will be charged a $15 fee for a late cancellation and $22 for a no-show.

Reformer Waitlist

Reformer Class Waitlist – How It Works

For waitlisted clients, when a spot becomes available, all clients on the waitlist will simultaneously receive a text message notifying them of the opening. The first client to respond will get the spot. Each time a spot opens in the class, another text will go to the remaining clients on the waitlist. Momence calls this “Fastest Fingers,” and it’s designed to ensure fairness and enhance your class attendance opportunities. You may have noticed some classes may only have 4 or 5 clients in attendance despite a waitlist. Fastest Fingers helps alleviate this by quickly moving clients from the waitlist into the class.

Pilates Reformer 101 Series Cancellation Policy

  • The Reformer 101 Series consists of 6 classes set at specific days and times. Substitutions and makeup classes are not permitted.

  • Refunds given up to 1 week before the start of the series.

  • No refunds or credit for cancellations within 1 week of the start of the series.
