Longevity Studio class FAQ’s
What are the benefits of Monthly Memberships vs Class Packs?
Class Packs: Longevity offers class packs for our reformer classes in packs of 5, 10 & 20. While class packs do have expiration dates, they are a great fit for our clients who travel frequently and still want to come to class as much as possible.
Monthly Memberships: not only do they give you the lowest price-per-class, memberships help you stay on track, keep consistent in your practice and in turn, give you the results your looking for.
How often should I do Pilates each week?
The ideal practice of Pilates is 3 times per week. However, you’ll want to take into consideration – time, your schedule and finances. We suggest starting with two classes per week session (100% more than you are doing now!) and adding more classes when you’re ready. Obviously, you will see results more quickly if you take more classes each week. We even have some clients who come 7 days a week!
How long do I need to take Pilates for me to see changes in my body?
In less than one month you will feel and hopefully even visually see a difference. Everyone responds differently but wonderful changes will happen if you commit to doing Pilates every week! “10 sessions- Feel the difference. 20 sessions- See the difference. 30 sessions- Have a new body!” – Joseph Pilates
What are the differences between your various classes?
Gentle Reformer: make no mistake, this class will challenge you! Gentle Reformer is great for newer clients, clients returning after a hiatus, or clients who have specific physical limitations or considerations. The pace is a bit slower so we can focus on proper form, alignment, breathing and add plenty of options for clients to modify as needed.

We suggest clients have at least 10 of our regular reformer classes under their belt before taking Classical Reformer. Clients should be comfortable in both kneeling and standing positions.
For: Advanced Beginners and higher.
Restorative Pilates Reformer: An excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life.
